• any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner
in a legally binding way. Capitalized words are defined in the relevant dedicated section of this document.

Any other contract or agreement entered into between the Owner and the Sellers shall always prevail over the provisions of these Terms. Therefore, in such cases, these Terms shall apply only residually and in accordance with applicable provisions in such agreements or contracts.

• any applications, sample and content files, source code, scripts, instruction sets or software included as part of the Service, as well as any related documentation;
In the follow terms there will be listed the following:
cheapsmurf.com - (hereinafter referred to as “the company”, or “the website”, or “the platform”)
Selling Users - an entrepreneur or individual, who is not an entrepreneur, selling via the platform website system and being the owner of League of Legends accounts.
Users - any website visitor who is able to perform a purchase.
Account Shop (hereinafter referred to as “Selling Account”), is a virtual good, based on the subject where Selling Users can sell League of Legends Accounts to Users. Users are able to purchase from Selling Users League of Legends accounts on all servers (North America, Europe West, Europe East&Nordic, Brazil, Latin America, Russia,Japan, Turkey and Oceania.).
CheapSmurf does not own any League of Legends accounts.
The accounts are provided by Selling Users.
The Site provides the following services:
• an online platform, where Users are connected to Selling Users. Website operates as a middleman, providing safety for both the User and the Selling User.
The website does not purchase any digital content, as well as League of Legends accounts, from the Sellers or Selling Users and does not re-sell them to Users.
All Services are delivered digitally, via e-mail and our IT system (product details become visible immediately after the payment, on the page you are redirected to).
The Site collects instant, one-time payments only.
You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents that you have accepted such changes.

Our Refund Policy

This policy regulates any exchange made between the customers (hereinafter referred as “the users”) and cheapsmurf.com (hereinafter referred as “the company”, or “the website”, or “website”).
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
All purchases made on the website are final.
Due to the nature of the product being sold in the website, refunding a purchase is not contemplated. Once the data of a product is shared with a user, the product will be considered delivered and used by the user itself.
In the occurrence of the delivered product being faulty, not meeting its description or becoming faulty within its warranty period, you are entitled to one of the following:
(1) receive a replacement
(2) received a refund of your purchase
(3) partial refund and the ability to keep the product.

Warranties on our products only cover defects that the customer did not negatively contribute to with his activity. Any activity from the customer that could hinder the initial state of the products will invalidate any warranty from the website.
Warranty can be applied automatically by the users by visiting the following URL ( https://cheapsmurf.com/en/check-smurfs ) and by filling the required information. Our system will detect if the product has been compromised by the website and automatically send a replacement.
Product warranties might have different binding periods with 'Lifetime warranty' referring to warranty for as long as our website remains in operation but not less than 6 months and not above 18 months.
The customer is responsible for the safety of his products. The customer agrees to release the site from any liability with regard to the loss of product data caused by non-compliance to be attributed to the customer.
Refunds will be done using the same payment method that was initially used to make the purchase, or refunded as store credit for future use.
For any case that’s not listed here, we also do refunds on a case-by-case basis, so customers are always free to send us an enquiry for refund regarding any order.
Monetary refunds are expected to take 3-7 business days to be cleared and are processed every Monday and on Monday alone. If after that period of time you didn’t received any, please get in touch with our customer support via live chat or at [email protected].
All refunded orders will include a ~5% processing fee charged by our payment processors.
